Air America approached us with two needs: create an online passenger reservation system and their a dinamic CMS for their website . We delivered. There was a small handicap into the project: since they already had their search optimization done to their current URLs, they did not want to loose their .htm links. In essence their flight reservation page was/is http://www.airamericacaribbean.com/res.html which in the new system would have become http://www.airamericacaribbean.com/reservation.php. So not only we designed a system that did everything dinamic we kept the old URLs.
We used Apache Mod Rewrite to keep the old URLs, redeisgned their old site and tied everything to the online reservation system and the custom made CMS.
